The chicken is moist and tender, never over cooked. It's not seasoned, just so you can season it to your personal preference. I'd like to have more chicken than rice though. Kinda go overboard on the rice. They must have never had a hush puppy, because theirs are shaped like frys n taste MUSHY. BUT, all that being said, the chicken is certainly delicious.
